The stock on this 41 Johnson Rifle was professionally repaired. Most Johnson Rifles end up cracking through the wrist of the stock and need this repair done. A bayonet W/ the scabbard are included but they appear to be reproductions.

The 1941 Johnson Rifle was a unique firearm used by the Marines in WW2, it was one of the competitor rifles to the M1 Garand but was not ultimately selected even though some viewed it as the better design. Unlike the Garand, it featured a 10-round rotary magazine that could be fully fed by 2-5 round stripper clips from the 1903 Springfield. This rare and sought-after rifle is considered a phenomenal collector's item, known for its distinctive design and historical significance. While once highly prized, these rifles are now rarely seen in today's surplus market, making them even more coveted by collectors. The 1941 Johnson Rifle remains a symbol of innovation and excellence in military firearms history.
